Meet Davina, our Operations Partner at Malaysian Link — a Japanese-speaking professional and entrepreneur whose journey spans over two decades across Finance, Corporate Planning, CSR, and Customer Experience.

Her career began in Japan-related finance and planning roles before she moved into CSR leadership with organisations such as S P Setia Foundation, Yayasan 1MDB, and MISC Berhad. Through these roles, Davina led strategic initiatives that built bridges between corporate goals and community good, reinforcing her belief that business and purpose can go hand in hand.

Her work in community development and sustainable tourism, including projects with Batu Batu Resort and the Malaysian Red Crescent Society’s MATCH Initiative, reflects her long-standing passion for meaningful impact and social connection.

During the pandemic, Davina channelled her creativity into a new venture — The Travelling Crafter — where she produced handmade crafts and promoted local Terengganu products to support small traders. It was a beautiful blend of artistry, entrepreneurship, and social empowerment, grounded in her love for community.

Fluent in Malay, English, and Japanese, Davina embodies cross-cultural understanding and collaboration, seamlessly moving between global networks and local communities.
