Our Story
We are three friends who were fortunate enough to experience the unique and warm hospitality that Japan is renowned for while studying there. This unforgettable hospitality not only made our stay in Japan enjoyable but also enriched our lives and broadened our horizons.
Having graduated and returned to Malaysia, we decided to create Malaysian Link as a way to give back to the Japanese community. Our goal is to extend the same level of care and support not only to the Japanese but to all expatriates moving to Malaysia. We understand the challenges of settling into a new country and are committed to providing a seamless and welcoming experience for our clients.
Malaysian Link is our way of saying thank you to Japan for the incredible hospitality we received. Through our comprehensive services, we aim to make the transition to life in Malaysia as smooth and enjoyable as possible for Japanese and all expatriates. We look forward to serving you and helping you feel at home in Malaysia.

To transcend traditional expatriate services by providing deep, culturally immersive experiences that allow expatriates to live like locals. We aim to break the expat bubble, introducing our clients to the hidden gems of Malaysia—from bustling local 'pasars' (markets) to serene 'kampungs' (villages) and community events seldom explored by tourists.
Vision
To become the leading service provider for expatriates in Malaysia, known for innovative and authentic integration experiences. While we currently specialise in services for Japanese nationals, we envision expanding our offerings to welcome all international residents, helping them fully embrace life in Malaysia.

Hapiz Rosli
Hapiz brings over a decade of experience in engineering and customer fulfillment roles across Southeast Asia and Japan. He has a proven track record in sales management, process integration, and customer satisfaction. In his previous roles, Hapiz has led regional fulfillment teams, established key performance metrics, and driven efficiency through process improvements. His ability to manage complex projects and foster strong client relationships is demonstrated through his numerous achievements. Hapiz's deep understanding of both Japanese and Malaysian cultures, combined with his expertise in managing intricate operations, makes him an invaluable asset to Malaysian Link. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and has also pursued studies in Japanese culture and language.

Davina brings a wealth of experience in customer service, strategic planning, and community outreach, with a strong focus on fostering positive client relationships and operational excellence. Davina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, which complements her extensive professional experience. Ezlyna Shamsuddin
Ezlyna brings extensive experience in marketing, technology, and customer support, having worked in various roles that highlight her skills in technical analysis, project management, and strategic communication. She has a strong background in interpreting and translating, ensuring seamless communication across Japanese, English, and Malay languages. Ezlyna's expertise also extends to technical analysis and usability testing, where she has conducted in-depth assessments to enhance user experience. Ezlyna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics and Social Studies and a Master of Arts in Sustainable Peace in the Contemporary World. Her diverse skill set and deep understanding of both Japanese and Malaysian cultures make her an invaluable asset to Malaysian Link.
